Something to ponder abt.

i was just thinking .. on completing my education .. how wud it be to work in a non - government organisation .. ??!!
so yes.. as the net is always the info provider, I decided to make good use of it .
Checked up a few org. and found quite a few which were not really big, but yeah were starting off with a few centres here n there .. like in parts of gujrat and tamil NaduBihar too like (LEAGUE- forgive me.. i forgot the full form, then there were the little est. ones.. like Oxfam, Child Line foundation .. bla bla) . Well .. i was thinking instead of trying to work or trying to get employed in huge commercial org like Pepsi , Coke.. or any other such org... y not this.. 'i somehow feel since these NGOs are starting from scratch and they are building now only, if we possibly join .. we would learn so so so much more than just enter the commercial org at a particular hierarchial level .. and continue to work as told.. Whereas in the latter .. i feel we would have to everything .. from accounting things, to seeing whether the events are goin on well, to seeing if the respectable person has met his/her clients blabla.. i mean since we wud b doing everything .. we wud b having a better professional experience.. And we would be doing all this .. because the org wud b at its grass roots.. so gotta help it grow.
Well this is my view point .. I mean .. just felt .. that we just are not being a do-gooder but also at the same time being selfishly driven .. hehe .. i know.. at times u gotta be.. The professionally experience u wud be getting from this wud just be mind blowing .. and yeah btw the pay as many may think is not less or anything .. It's quite an amt.
