DOOM'S DAY NEARING?
Yesterday night, when I returned to bed... I experienced this strange silence. Sumthing, I really hadn't experienced before.. It was very scary. It was strange cause even though all my windows were tightly shut, curtains closed, temp-cool and had this really cozy blanket , I still felt unconfortable, troubled. I could think of many reasons for this... which i shall list soon. It was then for the first time I felt, I was really thinking. Now this thinking of mine could be shrugged away as unnecessary, rubbish, stoic, reasonable .. anything for that matter.
I questioned myself then "Bhav!Y are u so troubled?!!" " What's bothering u!!!"
Many answers popped up:
1. May be cause of the recent news u have been reading avidly about the Israel Palestinian war, the documentaries and movies u have seen abt it. May b the merciless killing, ruthless pictures, barbarious bomb blasts and the exciting urge to go on reading n knowing more abt what's in for the ppl in Lebanon.
2. May be it's the recent finding, that an ocaen has been discovered it Africa. Imagine all of u, Man has now found a body as large as an Ocean in the African Sub-continent. Also, the increasing global warming, causing not only the ice-bergs to come down south but also animals.
3. Or, the attacks of Tsunami, which has now become an almosy monthly affair. First India, now Indonesia. The crack that has been noticed in the earth's crater.. and increasing level of the sea.
My mom had once told me, sages had proclaimed that in the beginning the world was created from the ocean and one day it will be destryed by the ocean itself. It will be water water and only water everywhere.
Is this really true?
Is it actually happening?
Or are we just connceting a series of independent events, according to our convinience just so that they make practical sense?
I dunnow.. really. When i discussed this with some of my ppl in the morning, they told me to live for the moment. I felt that -did make a little more sense than actually thinking of what the future possibly holds for us. Anyway .. I just felt like pouring this out in words before u all..
Hope i did stir a thought amongst ya .

Israel-Palestine War
Correction, it's the Israel-Hezbollah-Lebanon War this time around. And I am following it pretty closely, is quite an interesting one.
Tsunami, first India and now Indonasia
It had hit Indonasia even then, this you can say is the 2nd time around.
I guess you shud go with what ur friends are saying, live for the moment. I believe that every person in today's world is fiercly individualistic. So unless there is sumthin that affects ur near and dear ones, you just express concern, give it a thought, maybe even write a blog about it. But thats that.
Just my opinion though, the world is not cumin to an end. CHILL.
the tsunami has,indeed,been responsible in changing weather patterns over south asia.chennai has been witnessing intermittent showers like never before.
global warming indeed warrants serious thinking.cars,ACs,refrigerators,forest fires.....can we shun them all?

i would say u shud enjoy d present to d fullest instead of thinkin bout future or past tat has happened in d world.. past is past.. u cant go change watever has happened n future - u don have it in ur hand.. so present is d fantastis opportunity v've in our hands.. so live it to d max..
DOOM'S DAY NEARING? We Hindus who firmly believe in "Karmic debt" should not worry about it.
What ever to happen will happen. We have no control of it. This world came to know Levy 9 Shoemaker comet will hit Jupiter, only 6 months before it happened July 1994. That too through an amateur astronomer.
Could an Asteroid or Comet Hit Earth? Of course it can. There are a few ‘near misses.” But I can bet on it, you will come to know about that only few days it will actually happen. So we only have to worry for few days.
Hindu scriptures state at the end of Kali Yuga about 427,000 from today, this world will be destroyed by Pralaya [ deluge ] and creation will start all over again. So nothing to worry at least now.
