Gardening ?!! Anyone?!!
Well .. gardening .. i have never ever given that a thought in my life!! at least till now.. but .. hey .. guess what .. i actually ended up gardening my lawn .. (rather .. a the trees and plants all around ma place). Little did i know at the end of the day il end in a pool of water .. hehe
Well.. nowadays im up like super early , cause my maid has gone.. so i end up helping my mom out in the morning in the house hold chores.. Yup .. so as she took care of the kitchen , I confidently strode out for gardening !! hehe
What a mammoth task that was.. i ended up going round n round ma house.. hehe Cause there were like 4 pipes and had to keep juggling between all those plants.. Somehow i kept my pace.. with my i-pod jammin thru out.. untill after an hour my mom comes and she's like" U have only completed that much !!!?" I was like: " Yeah ..."
Mom: " But thats not even half the garden!"
Me: " Sorry ma... "
Mom: " whats your excuse for all the water around ?"
Well.. actually the pipe broke cause i pulled too strong .. and then .. I , instead of closing the pipe.. I just kept trying to put the pipe back together !!dum me!! Anyway ..
Me:" Sorry ma"
Mom: "It's ok.. Ul learn .."
Yup.. that ended my gardening for the day ...
Well the next day .. I was back to gardening .. and this time.. i completed it in record time.. half an hour.. Well .. it's nothing great .. but it was an achievement I was proud of.. at least for a min or so.. !

wow.. love it bhavana.. been doing gardening of almost plouging the back yard while i was in 6-12th reaping most of the vegitable that could grow in the soil. the best think i love is the upfoot of greens leaves - it would be lovely - then the ladies finger flowers - the best one i did at home with dad was brinjal - my good ness we never thought it would grow up but it did. i tried all the best to get watermelon but couldnt - never learnt how to make onions multiple - tried to get oniopns but it never grew out to have more onions.
pine apple was the surprise for me - i was of opinion pine apple grows down the groud and when the first shrub gave flower and watched pinapple growing over the groud - i was so much surprised

Man .. u make gardening sound so nice.. i guess it is after all..
yes it is lovely with patience and interest needed. If you ask me to do now - i dont think i would be doign it with the interest i did in my young days. Dad had no much activity at evening and on sundays except his drink - he wanted to get engaged and wanted to make me learn the lessons of hard way how plantation was grown. Now i realise why he did the gardening which was not at all his interest but just to make me learn few things at young days.
if you ask me to do - hmmm i am not as fit as my father who was at that time 40's i am in 27 got a belly and wont be able to unless some one rubs my ego.. heieheie h
I am such a lazy soul, when it comes to gardening. But I guess I shud make a move and start from the scratch, literally!!
